Ever wonder what Hollywood A-listers eat every day to stay in such phenomenal shape? Take Eiza Gonzalez for example. The 28-year-old actress loves to share gym selfies and picturesque hiking photos with her 4.2 million followers on Instagram, but it’s hard to say what type of diet she follows to stay so fit.

Outside of getting glammed up for red carpet events, Gonzalez is pretty low-maintenance in real life. According to W Magazine, the Baby Driver star would rather go all-natural than layer on the products, and she practices the same minimalist approach in her dieting.

Gonzalez admits to being obsessed with all things health and even gets a blood test every six months to help her stay in top shape. “From vitamins that I’m lacking to natural foods, it’s an educated guide to connect my physical internal and external look,” she told W Magazine.

To start every day off on the right food, Gonzalez says you can never go wrong with green juice.
